Work

Proof,
not a reel.

The rooms we run are usually the ones nobody wants their AV vendor posting about. So we prove the work the way the work is actually done — in documents, and in references you can call.

Why there's no sizzle

Discretion is part of the job.

A lot of our work happens inside brand launches, private programs, and keynotes that aren't ours to publicize. The clients who care most about how the room looks are usually the ones who don't want it turned into a highlight reel with a logo bug.

So this page isn't a gallery of crowds and confetti. It's how we work, what we leave behind, and how to check us out for real. When a client is glad to be named, their story goes here.

What a job looks like

Six steps, every time — from the walk-through to the report.

01 / Walk
Site walk
We see the room in person. Power, rigging, sightlines, load-in.
02 / Plan
Readiness plan
Signal flow and patch mapped before a single case ships.
03 / Load-in
Build
Rigged, dressed, and labeled. The room stays clean.
04 / Rehearse
Rehearsal
We find the problems here, on our time, not at doors.
05 / Show
Show call
The people you briefed, in the chair, running the room.
06 / Report
Post-show report
What ran, what we'd change, on the record.
The paper trail

What we hand over.

  • Patch sheets and signal-flow diagrams for the whole system
  • Run-of-show notes with every cue and call
  • Site walk and room readiness documentation
  • Control interface screenshots and operator notes
  • A post-show report you can hand to next year's producer

We'll connect you with producers and brand leads who've run shows with us — privately, the way this work gets checked. Tell us about your event and we'll point you to the closest match.
